Oct. 15 At noon put 89 large barns in Orinda Pasture with John Anderson, a grad student of Eidicker's. Weeds + grave dry, lots of runways, droppings, and whitewash. Some Baccharis being grubbed, saw one mule.
Oct. 16 John ran traps in a.m. and reported that he caught 21 microtuses -- to be used for genetics breeding purposes
