1968 June 7 Hastings Reservation. Weather cool. With John Delfs at Carol set the 3 Colburn lines beginning at 3:30, [illegible] Lots of meadow runners at the north end of the meadow lines; lots of dragonflies, [illegible], whiteheads, one runner at station 20 in the oak woodland. While setting the chaparral line Sam from Touroche and Benichi were well back in the Administration. June 8 Night overcast, Scotch mist, grass wet. (Cats are almost all dried off.) Chaparral line had 5 Pero trui, 1 Pero maniculatus, 2 Dipsa, and 7 spring emitys. Saw 2 or 3 meustus while using the traps including one coming out onto the road several times.
