Aug 26 Night clear in Orvuda, foggy in Tullers - grass
damp, but shoes + pants don't get wet when
walking through it. Picked up more scate. Total
now from grid and a few hundred yards of it
is just 5 gallons of scate.

Of the 6 tagged mice caught, only 1 mice from last
June?. Of the 6 tagged Ruther, 2 were from last June.
Picked up traps. All Murtrine caught in past 4
days have been big over > 25 gram, mostly > 35 g.
Tullers
Orvuda at 5 p.m. set some B,D,F,H,J,L in Orvuda
pasture = 72 traps. No x#s sweltling in grass, saw
no mice but still droppings and white urine in runways.
Boccalia hucker girdled as much as 5 ft from ground.
Did not see the forest owls, but saw red-tails and
sparrow hawks. Picked up carrion scate.
