Lots of white mice in wine. Skunks; oatmeal bait. While I was setting, a Park Ranger came along with a lot of poisoned grain. He was putting handfuls at the bottom of each young Sequoia tree. Some of the trees nicely girdled above the metal collar around the trunk. Weather cool clear. 60 traps. Aug. 23 Row traps 8-9 a.m. Cool, clear some dew.
