Marshall (1942) Polioptila bilineata Lake Olema always paired. In tall high grass and scrubby mimosa or short 2nd growth - is the most open conditions not actually meadow or marsh. Requires low scrubby trees. Therefore noted only in lowlands, w camp around to Wend Lake. Chilata Common, paired in 2nd growth low scrubby timber or hot ridges.
