Gotera: Dec '41 Also in trees & bushes along road - around trunks & larger limbs. Very wary & much unusual posturing with head per bill pointed upward, tail spreading, wing givvering etc whenever 2 together.
Olomega: Abundant around farms & along roads where favored large dense trees, climbing around on bark like muthatches. All the headquarters in these large trees foraged near and in other bushes & trees -
Occurred generally in most open flat country wherever a few good-sized trees or where houses, fence rows & trees, roadside rows of trees. Its posturing became very familiar accompanying squawls when ever 2 birds together.
