April 4 ♂ 2250 taken from foliage of orchid oak where working in leaves & in orchids & singing - penetrating cicada like buzz. In tallest cloud forest others heard nearby. -- Same sound has been heard twice before - always 2 or more birds singing at same time in given area - always in cloud forest.

April 11 Common in cloud forest. Took ♂ dd. 2278 as sang on branch orchid oak & foraged.
