Marshall, 1942 Myadetes unicolor Loon Creek mile March 25 2173 & taken in low brush in cloud forest - silent. Mondy 29 & 2203 taken from pair working in young pines near edge cloud forest. & gave plaintive low 2-syll. whistle - then contin. singing. Apr. 6 & flushed from nest on bank near little stream where ferns, moss etc. Nest in mitch on moist bank - 2 eggs white spotted with reddish-brown. & singing nearly.
