Marshall 1941-2 Hylocichla mustelina Mt. Caccagnatque Dec. 25-Jan 16 - Abundant but irreg. dist. in loose groups in shady spots througth fines especially where some dense low original brush cover remaining. Usually feeding on berries with T. [illegible] grayi but also in own loose flocks in fines - even sometimes in open. Many seen in tall dense brush on s slope around lower level of oaks on Jan 15. Also common Jan 14 in high humid type brush with T. grayi near summit. At dusk many heard & seen running about under oak groves. Lake Olomga Los Encantos March 30 At dusk one called on ridge of cloud forest from brush - heard here 2 previous evenings when here - in same spot. Always too dark to tell it. Obviously a winter visitor or a reg. winter terr.
