March 9 2039 taken as perched calling see-cut
v T. migratorius in decid. tree among pines
& scrub on ridge between cloud forest
& brushland.
March 13 82070 taken early am. as sat on stump up
cleared hill above camp. 4 or 5 others seen-
all seemed to be flying long distances - edging
downhill. Would alight far apart - across
canyons even & call with typical T. migr.
calls. Very peculiar behavior - how perhaps 12
indiv. hang together yet spread over such
vast dist- still moving along as a whole.
March 16 Rain in P.M. - T.migr.v song from bird on stump
up hill prob. this sp.
March 31 Abundant in orchards around farms
near the pass. Singing & calling v
T. migratorius in late evening.
April 6 Seen in same place as Mar. 31.
