Vermivora celata a few in deciduous trees Dendroica anduboni a few in tree along beach Wilsonia pusilla abundant in deciduous growth Agelaius phoeniceus 1 seen on the move" Icterus ludoviciana 1 singing in forest beach Carpodacus purpureus several pairs in trees alony, Spinus tristis " " prunus some in forest Loxia curvirostra flock & singing pairs in forest Passerulus sandwichensis 1 flushed from brush. Junco oreganus a few 2 pairs S. of cape Zonotrichia leucophrys common along beach, Melospiza melodia " in brush & deciduous growth . The four most strikingly abundant bird were in order of abundance : Wilsonia pusilla Nannus troglodytes Hytocichla rustulata Empidonax difficilis No hawks & only one orl seen.
