Head darker brown than Lepus sax. Chiversi.
Back showing black tipped hairs especially
on middle back, rump grey, sides d
fauvy grey, white below, tail same,
throat patch more greyish.

Very large, fair bases whitish grey,
then black, white, black tipped. Overall
color brownish grey, buff behind ears,
legs greyish, white below, tail quite
long, throat greyish white, chin whitish.
