C.B. Loftord 33 Journal 23 August 1968 To Las Cruces New Mexico Drove to Juarez, shopped, then crossed border. Mexican officials waved us across through without a glance, but U.S. man entered truck & panned around, but no problem. Drove to Los Cruces and visited with C. Thakins and Ralph Faith. (Later to Berkeley via Santa Fe & N. Rim Grand Canyon.) Took no gun this trip. Specimens no. 3811 through 3820.
