(96 alive; 45 alive after 24 hrs.).
Sit: The shipment sent from Delhi on March 11
had arrived on the evening of March 17, 6 1/2 days
in transit, with 69 animals alive, of which 4 were
apparently
dying.
Addendo - Hardwar, near Dehra Dun, a holy place
where rhesus monkeys said to be abundant and not
disturbed.
Monkeys were installed on La Cueva & Guayacan
Islands, nr. La Parguera, P.R. Start of colony's there.
