Strozzi Ranch 7-11 July - much sign,
saw 5 on trip to and from Waquyke PK.
2 spotted fawns, 2 doe, 1 buck.

Fawn and doe seen 17 Aug 79 near
spring #219. Dead fawn, skull collected,
(#152) at spring 219. Mule deer sign
in vicinity. Skull (#153) found in
small canyon S of this spring.
#198 Willow Spring 24 Nov 1979 - Spot found leg
owl spring 21 Aug 1980. A single bleached antler
near enough to the wreckage of the airplane
to suggest it had been a survivor of
one of the people who died here.
