Hot sun filtering through thin cloud formation. I noted two in osa plus one adult => Sceloporus occidentalis. Stibbins & Eakin noted a single individual of each species. Area studded with granite outcrops. RCS reported an old locality reputed to Grinnell by Lyzells of a gecko "15 miles SE of Bokenfield." This area could be the locality but none has ever been taken here, according to Stibbins. Bottoms of sandy woods moist. Some daisies, Phedina, a mint still in bloom.
