ELKarbstein 1965 Clemmys mormota Oct.27 a fairly dark area when candled. 60-W bulb in goose-neck lamp placed a foot above the eggs 8:30 p.m. Jan.7 Eggs (2 remaining) finally cracked open. One with cracked shell was dried up. Other same as those previously opened. All eggs apparently were not fertilized since no sign of embryo. Finis to this Clemmys investigation!
