Air temp. below shaded 13.8°c. 1" above opening. marked trail colder at 8.7°c. Burrow opening, 2" across and it communicates with other tunnel. Close took way have really come up to surface gain to daily average. So far no frogs observed out on graze or in water. Cross surface temp. in sunlight 15-16°c/ road temp. 1" below surface when 3" deep (pend 10 vs') 10.4°c. at 9:10 a.m. I marked the greater sunning site midway between two openings by placing on upright stick (marked A) they will toy one or later, 9:35 a.m. First sign of swarmed frogs, a @ closed 11.5°c. 4' E of rock(R).
