EL Kalestom 1955 Buffalo brooks April 27 Sentinel Meadow, 1/4 mi. SW Court. Center, 4000 ft. Pozenite Valley 11:20 A.M. Weather station flooded. Top of heavy lid covering the thermographs barely above at surface of pond. Doug Hubbard made check of station April 20, 1955. Max-min readings 74-20° F. Water level on yardstick 15". Today max-min thermometer is 4" submerged but weather bulbs out of water. Reading 68-23° F. I moved max-min box up to higher ground but partially surrounded by guss hills now covered with 3" of snow. Depth reading 27 3/4" on stick. The flooded thermographs removed for oiling and repair. Tube & cover left me on high ground. 4x5 Voightlander Blue-X film? Almost identical shot taken April 13, facing NE toward Court. Center. 1/200th at F16. #6 facing xNE facing E toward Wolf Dave. F22 at 1/200th, showing the S end of the pond. Indian Canyon Kobschune #6 F14 at 1/50th facing NE toward Air temp. 10.7° C. at 12:15 P.M. 1" above wet bare grass (bulls shod). Water temp. 1" below surface where pond depth 14" 11.20° C. Made several 6' pond sweeps with dip net. Slay bottom of pond. The snow of Monday night followed a rain according to a local resident, and it snowed yesterday. Snow depth yesterday afternoon was 8-10 inches in
