1/4 mile SW of Govt. Center, 4000 ft., Yosemite
Valley, Calif (Mariposa Co.) 11 A.M. Set up
weather station at edge of pond in large meadow
here. It involved a shift of station 200 yards
W of site set up last year.

Set up a detailed description of pond where
station set up will be made next time.
Depth at yardstick marker now 10 inches,
the pond appears to be over 21 inches deep
