3mi S of Five Fingers Light. 7mi. W. Faushaw.
Two seen swimming on surface.
Would occasionally dive. Length
of dive 30-45 seconds. length
of surface float longer than
dive.
9 Aug. Holbam Bay.
Southern point of Harbor Island.
One heard off the west side
of the island uttering the
laughing call at intervals
of about 5 seconds. Several
minutes later (15) one was
seen drifting + swimming
with the incoming tide be-
tween S. point H.I. & Ben's I. did
not dive.
A pair, first seen 500ft to
S.W. of Southern point H.I. Summer
plungeage. On one, the white
band about neck was a
shade more gray looking..
They were not making any
