For the past three mornings a flock of about 50 geese have been routed out of this area by my approach. They usually fly out in two groups, the first leaving 36 sec. to a min ute after before the second. They have flown away each day westward along the south shore of Dundum Pen. at about 50 ft elevation, honking as they flew. I have been drifting westward along the south shore of Dundum Peninsula with the tide for about 3/4 an hour. In that time, three flocks of about 10-15 each have flown eastward along this shore, not venturing out over the water.
