Howell T.R. PPPI Notes on & subscribers from M. (1906) I have not written to Mr. Howell since I left the office in July 25, 1894, and received a letter from him on August 1st, which I had no answer to. I do not know when you will reply to my letter of June 21st. A few days ago, I received a letter from Mr. Howell dated July 30th, in which he says that he has been unable to find any information about the matter mentioned in my previous letter. He also states that he is waiting for further instructions before proceeding with any action. In reply to your letter of July 25th, I would like to inform you that we have not yet received any response from Mr. Howell regarding the issue discussed in our earlier correspondence. We are still awaiting clarification on several points raised by him. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and keep you updated as soon as we receive more information. Please let us know if there is anything else you would like us to investigate or report back to you. Best regards, [Signature] Date: [Illegible]
