if you are to win at all (and I don't believe in winning, but...)
if you are to win at all, you must be the best (or at least one of the best) in your field.
you can't just say "I'm the best" and expect people to believe you. You have to prove it.
you have to work hard, you have to study, you have to practice, you have to try to be better than everyone else.
you have to be willing to fail, you have to be willing to learn from your mistakes, you have to be willing to keep going even when things are tough.
you have to be willing to take risks, you have to be willing to go outside your comfort zone, you have to be willing to try new things.
you have to be willing to listen to other people, you have to be willing to learn from them, you have to be willing to work with them.
you have to be willing to be patient, you have to be willing to wait for the right opportunity, you have to be willing to keep working even when things aren't going well.
you have to be willing to be humble, you have to be willing to admit when you're wrong, you have to be willing to learn from your mistakes.
you have to be willing to be grateful, you have to be willing to appreciate the people and opportunities in your life, you have to be willing to give back to others.
if you can do all of this, if you can be the best version of yourself, then you will win. Not just in sports or business, but in life.
