AT HOWELL PUPIL Happah v.2 35 other and out to see how he got on. 100 away from school, but I was not able to get there as fast as I would have liked because of the rain. I went to see Mrs. P. at her house where she lives with her husband and two children. She is a very nice woman and has been very kind to me since I came here last summer when I first started school. We had a good time together and I enjoyed myself very much while I was there. At 2:30 PM I left Mrs. P.'s house and walked home again. It was raining heavily so I had to hurry along as much as possible to avoid getting wet. The streets were muddy and slippery due to all the rain that had fallen during the day before. My shoes became quite soaked by the time I reached my own front door. Back home I changed into dry clothes immediately after arriving inside my house from outside where it still rained heavily outside too much for anyone else who might come out soon enough later on tonight if they wanted to do so anyway.
