July 5 Brooks Meadow, Hood River Oregon about 3 o'clock. I'm general much can be said about the fauna and flora of the Brooks meadow range. The meadows was more or less typical of a mountain meadow and contained forms which were also typical to present enabled us to study meadow forest forest form, and types who's habitat was on the border of the forest. Although many of the following forms were not collected by myself, the following is a list of kinds of mammals seen living living or collected as specimen by other member of the group. Meadow forms. - Zapus trinitatus Microtus longicaudus Peromyscus maniculatus Sorex vagrans Sciurus virgatus Thomomys monticola Sorex palustris (along stream)
