Hooper Dec 26 Chupamule mule 2,200 feet, 4 1/2 mi SW Bishop, Inyo Co. Cat! on the Barlow ranch .1 mile west of bishop.. The weather was cold but the sun was shining most of the day. Dec 27 Bishop Cr., 5,000 ft. 4 1/2 mi SW Bishop, Inyo Co. Glit @ w the previous evening I had set 12 mouse along Bishop creek at the mouth of the canyon between power plants five and four. The traps were set at intervals of roughly 15 feet along the banks of the creek. (Some very close to the water for shrews). Also several trap were set on the dry hillside to the south of the creek. The vegetation along the creek banks was rather dense but all shrubs were bare. (deciduous) and no green vegetation present).
