100er 1927 Dec 26 Chipmunk mine, 5200 ft., 4 1/2 mi. S W. Bishop, Inyo Co. Cal. 2 miles where it enters a canyon which runs in a southwesterly direction back into the "Coyste range". Shortly after entering the canyon you pass a [illegible] small farm with a small vineyard and 1 mile further the road ends and we walked on up the canyon on a good trail for 3/2 miles to the mine. which is located on this or south bank of the canyon. map west line st.
