1 specimen taken on the same trap
live with R. megolotis in Salinasia,
R. megolotis caught :4. Caught in
meadow mouse runway.
Melrose Marsh, 1/2 mi. E Bay Farm Island,
Alameda Co., Calif.
3. caught in snap traps, baited with
oatmeal, placed in Microtus runs
along more elevated ridges (eg. ditch
bank). 1 taken in a "can" live trap
and brought to the laboratory for
study alive. The only other animals
taken at this time were 5 house
mice.
