Arnold in Hamilton Gulch, Berkeley, Alameda County, California and were kept in captivity until killed on Nov. 13. 743 and 745 were collected on Sept. 12; 744 on Sept. 11 Nov. 15, 746♂ Citellus 289-73-45-18 The above specimen was taken at Double Springs, Hemm. NE Dickey, Custer Co., Idaho on July 22, 1936. It was in a weakened condition, perhaps dormant, a week or more prior to Nov. 15, 1937, when it was killed. Collected by W.B. Davis.
