Fitch in Arroyo Mocho, 1600 ft., Alameda Co., on Sept. 19, 1937. It was taken under a rock or log in grass; Coulter Pines, blue and valley oak about. Nov. 13, 743♂ Perognathus californicus 195-102-25-12 744♂ Peromyscus truei 200-97-23-21 745♀ " " 196-99-23-22 The above specimens (3) were taken by L.W. Arnold in Hamilton Gulch, Berkeley, Alameda County, California and were kept in captivity until killed on Nov. 13. 743 and 745 were collected on Sept. 12; 744 on Sept. 11 Nov. 15, 746♂ Citellus 289-73-45-18 The above specimen was taken at Double Springs, Hemm. NE Dickey, Custer Co., Idaho on July 22, 1936. It was in a weakened condition, perhaps dormant, a week or more prior to Nov. 15, 1937, when it was killed. Collected by W.B. Davis.
