Perico brought in an uninjured specimen,
captured under the rail of the R.R. tracks
just W of camp. He and Pouleo were
out jacklighting at the time. The
local name is "Liron" or "liromito".
It is to be kept alive for return
to the U.S. if possible. The tail
is kept in a tight "watch-spring" coil
most of the time I have observed
it.
