Nordenson 1950 Leiocephalus Nov. 14 Bogota, 8800ft., Cundinamarca, Colombia, S.A. Took one moving rather sluggishly across top of a bracken-and-brush-covered rockpile. This was on a W-facing slope in "full sun" at the base of a 10'-30' cliff. On a sunny day I imagine this would be one of the warmest spots on this hillside. The animal was missing one hind foot; the stump looked fairly well-healed. Possibly this infirmity accounted to some extent for its seeming sluggishness.
