Many Microtus runs noted, especially at the edge of the flat, which joined an alfalfa field. Sept. 17, 1935— Caught in traps—6 Microtus, 1 Lagurus, 2 Perithodoutomys. It may be that the nights are too cool for maximum activity of the mice.
