Shot another or an tly an very common as seem to be breeding - judging from the large number of aggressing encounters seen. I go back hunting and collect a dove, possibly Bon-pear Dove, Metopelia ceciliae. I was lucky to get this one. I shot it in grass and it flew away but landed in the net we had set up. I find out later that it held out about 5 shot - it sure is difficult to shoot a hill dove. I also collected another Peruvian Silvertail, Thaumastura cora (this one with symmetrical tail), two [illegible] Spinos magellanicus (2' + 4') which I got with one shot.
