Sept 6 Sage Hen Creek, 3 mi. NW Hobart Mills, Nevada Co, California
Upper 10 AM Cutting schedule:
no new mud or sticks on house. juncos
& chickadees noisy. Found another
"cut & healed" beaver tree 4" in diameter
above most cuttings.
Of the two dams damaged
aged sometime before my
last visit (Aug 28) the upper
one shows no change whereas the lower
one has been completely repaired so that
the level has been restored. Took core
borings of 7 trees as follows and estimated
ages are included:
