R'slide marks swims up pond. 2 kits are rolling & wrestling near N dam; mid mark muzzles them and dives. 7:25 one adult goes over xing, looked like edge but wasn't sure. (mid mark) One adult on shore cutting near lodge, 2 kits on shore nearer water. 7:30 one kit goes over xing, then so does mid mark who'd been cutting by lodge all this time. One kit goes back to work on fir & the third up to N channel & dam. 7:40, a beaver (kit? 2 think) seen by eye lodge. 7:45 left from midk channel goes to lodge & dives. 7:50 midmarks back over xing & goes to fir where left is, takes a slide out into pond & corn- cobs it while floating! (First time this feeding procedure seen). Kit complains or mews near mid-marks. Mid mark swims up pond with left alongside: [Drawing] then dives, as does kit maintaining position & muzzling. 8:00 splash at dam #3 is heeded by midmark who was about to go ashore near S dam. 2 does + 2 fawns then appear, working upstream. 8:18 I comes swimming downstream, into pond & dives into lodge. 8:25 he goes downover xing + 2 left.
