cutting noticeable! Amazing. Might
it have anything to do & killing last
year's lack. ?? Birds seen: warb-

suckers almost on verge of leaving
next & we checked R.B. Supunbas

July 23 Cutting schedule (dry Dick's Yard): 10" true
Aug 1 Donner Lake, 2 mi. W Truckee, Nevada Co., Calif.
Wend of lake, S shore on property of
Frank Darwinoy. Examined beaver cuttings
of fir & asp on request. Good deal of
asp cut at vicinity of entrance of
creek on extreme W end of lake &
some large firs (up to 2 foot) on
Darinvoy's Property. These are big-
ger than any firs cut around Sage Hen
but only the basal bark was used as
is the case & the smaller sizes.
