But think now they are remains of 2 dams ripped out & piled on shore by water co. people from Hobart. Saw a Tolmie warbler in willows. Sample C: Clumps A-D much reduced. Stems I cut in clump F turned brown about 6" below ant and figure produced new shoots below it: See p. 246-7. Sample D: clump I mostly dead Sample G: clumps c & D much reduced. Left 12:20 Returned 2 PM to finish sample G. After supper I came down to watch for activity between the 2 "pseudo-lodges".
