Left 12:55. Saw loonhawks flying low over road just as I turned into Weather overcast+mist Reslide main camp about 2,/Arr. 6:30 PM & 2 beavers in sight before I climbed tree. One "crash dove" & the other dove immedi- iately. Later the same one dove again & splash but this time the second one only "started". 7:05 one animal & unmarked (=un-notched) tail in main pond. 7:10 the ♂ came over the crossing. Could see tail was: (♂) instead of (♀) as I'd thought on the 21st. This, of course fits in with my record. 7:12 ♂ goes up thru gap+enters "mink channel" just other side of S dam, pulls some grass out by roots
