Left 1:30. At camp reset cam- era in same spot but took it in at 10:30 as the weather has been threatening all eve. Apr. 17 Woke up next day to find an inch of snow on ground & snow falling fast. Had terrible time getting back due to the storm which continued all day May 21 + blocked Route 40. Left camp 9:30 weather fine. Seen on way up: o.s. f. catlier r.c. b. lets, chipping, song & w. crowned sparrows, junco, Steller jays, r. b. ruth. mt. chick- slees, And warbler, tanager, piket pine, chipmunks + marmots. At U. colony Upper. 10:30. Snow gone except for patches on N-facing
