Hall 1955 260 Feb 20 Roadside Sage Hen Creek, 3 mi. NW Hobart Mills, Nevada Co., Calif. Dotted lines show his route x's mark where he fell thru crust. We left after taking photos and crossed stream to get view and photo of the melt hole on the S side of the occupied Roadside lodge. The lodge just upstream had no melt (the same situation as last winter) so presume it is again un-occupied. Met Herb Lark at highway & started home about noon.
