Leaves off most aspen & some willows Went thru willow samples as yesterday at R'slide. 12:10 PM. Took shot #36 at 2/10 exp.of food pile. 12:15 shot #37 of asp. leaves floating on water 2/10. Lodge has been built up higher than it was at last visit & is well plastered. Many deer tracks & some cow tracks on path down from Roadside colony. Scared a couple of Herefords at shack colony, on S side. Ponds have a v. thin layer of ice on them. Weather is clear, calm and cold at first.
