Coyote tracks on N shore, squirrel & rabbit tracks numerous in snow. A round hole in ice just above dam showing where beaver emerged to go over dam. A dirty, track-covered slide leads over snow. This was one of their favorite summer crossings. Pond ice-covered but looks thin. At pond the old dead woodpecker-hole tree has fallen over farther, partly dislodging photo tree. Several coyote & many snowshoe, cottontail & squirrel tracks.
