Journal Hafuer, M-S. 1978 23 March 0630 awoke and checked traps. No captures. Spent most of the day sitting and waiting for success. We slept in the early P.M. in a nice shady spot. I captured one ♂ Ttygogeomys ca. 1400. JCH 1368 (see below) Ventral View Ant. ↑ Colon Vesicular Glands (tucked under pubic bones) Pubis bone Main body of tract (urethra) I returned to camp and prepared this specimen as an alcoholic. Again, a young ♂. (Counting the 3 specimens John and I captured here last summer, we have captured a total of 5 Ttygo's, all have been immature ♂♂ - based on the state of the reproductive tract.) 1630 JCH captured a large ♂ Ttygogeomys. We returned to camp and prepared the specimen. Finally, we have an adult ♂ (sperm, reprod. tract, phallus, etc!). (we are now 6-for-6 males).
