Journal Hafner, M.S. 1977 2 mi. E Searles Station, 9 mi. NNE Johannesburg, San Bernardino Co., 3200 ft. California. 8 October (cont) 1600 drove N again on Trona Road to a point mi. (by road) N of the junction of Trona Rd. with Hwy 395. We decided to try for D. merriami and P. longimembris in the dry wash habitat near the bottom of the shallow valley. Mostly Larrea and Atriplex.
