I noted several leopard lizards today in the sandy wash areas. We spent most of the day preparing specimens in the scorching sun. Had a watermelon for lunch. 1830 Drove to set traps. Set out 100 traps in 2 lines (50 each) in the sandy wash just north of camp (about 3.5 mi. SE (by road) Migrino). We set out the other 100 traps in the sandy wash very close to Migrino.
