We elected to leave the traps out for the morning (while we trapped for gophers) in order to capture some ground squirrels. 0830 – already quite warm. We prepared this mornings specimens . 0900 as I was walking the trap lines (Sherman traps) I discovered that the last 20-30 traps of one line of 50 were missing.
