Many Plant A to 0.7 M. Few Plant B to 0.7 M. Very sparse lawn of annuals. Burrow depth 120 mm. Small pines ~ 4-5 within 10 M radius. #10 - very sparse lawn of annuals. Fairly sparse veg. Few Plant A and E to 0.4 M; very few Plant B to 0.5 M. level ground. 8 M to Juniperus depeana then large ponderosa pines behind junipers. Burrow depth 140 mm. Plant C = D #9 - slight (very) swilly slope. beneath large Quercus gambelii. Fairly dense veg. - Few Plant B -> to 0.6 M. Very few Plant E to 0.3 M. Small pines and oaks within 10 M radius. Mod. dense annual carpet. Burrows depth, 140 mm. Very few C .5 M away. #7 - on top of river bank 6 M from creek (at edge of road cut. Burrow on small hummock 0.5 M tall. Bare earth within ~ 0.7 meters of hole, but Mod. dense veg. from there-out. Dense Plant A Very few Plant B. 2 New Mexican Locust trees (Robinia neomexicana) few between burrow and creek. Large thistle plants #G to 1.5 M within 2 M of hole. Fewer Thistle H near hole. Burrow depth = 170 mm. #23 - slight slope near western edge of creek, 5 M from creek. Thick, low lawn of grasses. Other veg. fairly sparse. Few Plant D to 1.2 M. Very few Plants
