Burrow depth ~120 mm. #2 - level ground; 5 M from large Ponderosa. 6 M from Juniperus deppeana (small). Few Plant B and Plant A. Burrow depth, ca. 200 mm. #6 - System on level ground near fallen pine. 6 M from Creek edge bank (10 M from creek). Space veg. save sparse lawn of grasses. Few Plant A. Very few Plant B. Few Plant F. Burrow depth 40 mm. (arising from beneath fallen log). #3 - Slight swilly slope to ground. Burrow depth ~160mm. Space veg. - lawn of grasses and annuials. Few Plant A - very few Plant B, Mosses on much of soil. gambel. Ponderosa Oaks and Pines - 10 M away. #5 - 1 meter from Juniperus monosperma. Veg. space save for lawn of annual grasses and weeds. No sweet and large larger veg.; Many Pines ponderosa within 9 M radius. Burrow depth ca. 100 mm. level - 15 M from river. #8 - slight swilly slope.
