Ate breakfast, then cleaned up the motel room. 1000 drove to the "Bar" locality (where we have been trapping for the last 2 days) and took ecological measures: 1 soil samples (from each successful hole) 2 Burrow depth - (top of burrow to surface). 3 Ground slope (approximate) 4 Tree identity 5 Proximity to trees 6 Vegetation density 7 Vegetation samples 8 approximate distance from creek.
